You can revoke your contractual statement within two weeks in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the merchandise. The period shall commence upon receipt of this instruction in text form, however, not before the recipient has received the goods and not before we have performed our duty to supply information pursuant to §312c para. 2 BGB (German Civil Code) in combination with §§ 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV (burden of proof and information act) as well as our duties pursuant to §312e para. 1 clause 1 BGB in combination with §3 BGB-InfoV. Sending the withdrawal or merchandise in time is sufficient to observe the time limit. In case you cannot completely return the received service or are just able to return it in worsened conditions, you are bound to compensate the lost value. This regulation does not apply to the surrender of merchandise if the worsening solely results from their inspection as it would have been possible in the retail store. You can avoid the duty to compensate the lost value due to intended use by not treating the merchandise like your property and avoid every use likely to reduce the value. Merchandise eligible for shipping have to be sent at our risk. You will have to bear the shipping costs if the delivered merchandise matches the order, if the price of the ordered merchandise does not exceed €40. If the price exceeds €40, you are bound to bear the costs if you have not yet performed your duty to pay the ordered merchandise or provided a partial payment as stipulated by contract. Otherwise shipping is free for you. Merchandise not eligible for shipping will be collected. The refunding of any payment has to take place within 30 days. This period starts with your despatch of your cancellation request or the item in question; for us it starts with our receipt of the same. |
Warranty:
Warranty is granted in accordance with legal provisions. In case of a fault in your ordered item we will first provide a further supply or repair the item. If the amendment fails or the merchandise delivered at a later stage its flawed as well, you can return the item in exchange for the refunding of the purchase price or keep the merchandise and reduce the price. Please read the product documentation for information on possible manufacturer warranties.
1a-Ern 30 years above-statutory warranty
Any product is comprehensively tested by selected experts before being included in our assortment. The superior quality of all offered products allows us to establish an extraordinary warranty arrangement:
We grant a guarantee of 30 years for every product. We rectify any defect or damage which occurs despite appropriate handling no later than 30 years after purchase. In case of damage we will arrange repairing or provide replacement. Hence we offer more security than customary. Please keep your bill as your guarantee receipt in a safe place.
(This warranty arrangement is valid for all products except design furniture by Vitra, Thonet or Fritz Hansen. Due to requests of these companies we can solely offer their guarantee rules.)
Jurisdiction:
The vendors official seat of administration is stipulated as the exclusive jurisdiction for all purchase contracts with merchants, body corporates organized under public law or special funds under public law and for all legal disputes resulting from the business relationship including actions bills of exchange and cheques.
Payment options:
You can pay via credit card, PayPal. Transferal, COD or on account. Your credit card will be charged the cost at the end of the order.
Shipping charges:
We have no minimum order value. We charge €6.95 for postage and packing when delivering inside of Germany. COD deliveries will cost extra €6 COD charge and €2 transmission fee. We charge €9.95 for postage and packing within Europe and €40 for shipping into non-European countries. Urgent deliveries via courier service will cost the corresponding shipping charges in addition to our shipping cost lump sum. In order to ensure the merchandise to be delivered safely we use an extra strong and elaborate protective packaging. Your share results in 1.9% of the merchandise value. We will instantaneously replace your items in any case of damage or burglary during the transport. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages. Please contact us if your merchandise shall be delivered via express or at a certain time.
Shipping into non-EU countries:
No customs duties, taxes or fees are charged for shipping into non-EU countries. The customer bears responsibility for the proper import customs clearance.
