1a-Ern 30 years guarantee (more than statutory warranty)

Any product is comprehensively tested by selected experts before being included in our assortment. The superior quality of all offered products allows us to establish an extraordinary warranty arrangement: We grant a guarantee of 30 years for every product. We rectify any defect or damage which occurs despite appropriate handling no later than 30 years after purchase. In case of damage we will arrange repairing or provide replacement. Hence we offer more security than customary. Please keep your bill as your guarantee receipt in a safe place. (This warranty arrangement is valid for all products except design furniture by Vitra, Thonet or Fritz Hansen. Due to requests of these companies we can solely offer their guarantee rules.)

1a-Ern right of return

We are convinced by the exquisite quality of all offered products and therefore grant you an unlimited right of return or withdrawal for the period of one year after shipping. Check and try your desired products unhurriedly at home. If - contrary to our expectations - a product does not satisfy you perfectly, please send it back with the attached return receipt. As a matter of course we only expect you to send the product back in original packaging if you still have it at home. Due to your request we immediately send you a new product or transfer your money back. (Since many of our products are made by hand or in small sequences, little variances may occur in shape or colour.) In our store you have more rights than legally regulated in every sense.

You can reach us 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no charge. Whether via mail, phone, fax, email or internet - we are available for consulting or ordering at any time. Please use our service phone for special requests (like gift parcels or larger amounts).

We are glad to assist you with your birthday or wedding presents. Just choose your requested products and send us your wish list. We will post our catalogue together with your list to all of your guests and coordinate the distribution of the presents. Afterwards we send the products directly to your guests.
