Depending on the size of your orders at 1a-Ern during one calendar year, your loyalty bonus grows on your 1a customer account. We deduct your loyalty bonus from the first order in the next calendar year Ð it is only valid until the end of the next year.
* you do not need to fill out anything
* you do not need to carry any plastic card with you
* all your paid and kept purchases at 1a-Ern (catalogue, internet store) will directly contribute to your loyalty bonus.
HONEST
The important information regarding your loyalty bonus will be automatically displayed on every bill.
There are no hidden tricks and no exceptions. For example, if you purchase items in our shop in Solingen that are up to 50% off, the revenue will be added to your loyalty bonus and you will be able to receive the 5% nevertheless. There is no minimum order amount. You collect the loyalty bonus from the first Pound/ Euro spent.
